Simply the Breast partners with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide in-network coverage for many Aetna members.
With TLN approval, you may qualify for 3–6 lactation visits at 100% coverage — no copay, no deductible.

Simply the Breast partners with Wildflower Health to offer in-network lactation support for Cigna members.
With Wildflower approval, visits are typically covered at 100% — no copay, no deductible.

Self-Pay Options

Initial Visit (60–90 minutes): $135 (Twins: $160)

Follow-Up Visit (45–60 minutes): $100 (Twins: $130)
You’ll receive a detailed super bill after your visit, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Travel Fee
A travel fee of $40 is generally charged for home visits.
An additional fee will be added for each visit if you live over 10 driving miles from my residence, in which case I charge 0.60 cents per mile from my residence to yours (there and back).
A $25 cancellation/no-show fee will be issued if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
