Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Simply the Breast is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

Any Medicaid plans or HMO and EPO plans may not be covered.

Deductibles, co-pay, coinsurance or other patient responsible amounts may apply depending on your policy.

Aetna and UnitedHealthcare
Simply the Breast is currently out-of- network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. We can submit claims to these insurance companies on your behalf. Your plan may provide out-of- network benefits for lactation services, but coverage varies by individual policy.
Cigna
Simply the Breast partners with Wildflower Health to offer in-network lactation support for Cigna members.
With Wildflower approval, visits are typically covered at 100% — no copay, no deductible.

Self-Pay Options

Initial Visit (60–90 minutes): $135 (Twins: $160)

Follow-Up Visit (45–60 minutes): $100 (Twins: $130)
You’ll receive a detailed super bill after your visit, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Travel Fee
A home visit fee of $30 is charged for the initial home visit.
An additional fee will be added for each visit if you live over 10 driving miles from my residence, in which case I charge 0.60 cents per mile from my residence to yours (there and back).
A $25 cancellation/no-show fee will be issued if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
